Hi my name is Ger Flemming. I am your Equality Officer this year. Here in A.I.T. we are committed to promoting a respectful work and study
environment where all members of the college community can develop their full potential. I am currently a 3rd year student of Business and
Real Estate. I ran for this position so that I can implement an improved more student centered campaign that will cater for all students. I want
to prove and show that all students are equal and we all have the same rights no matter what race, creed, sexuality, nationality or minority
group you are. I feel I am easily approachable and hope you would have no hesitation in coming to see me on any issues that may arise and I
will help you to the best of my ability.
