Applying for the Maintenance Grant can be a tricky process and this guide is here to explain things and make them that bit easier. One of the most common problems people face is what documentation do they need? As the Maintenance Grant is means tested, there is a lot of documentation required to prove eligibility. What is required can vary by candidate but, in general, for each category of candidate, there are a number of basics. These are provided below.
